March is National Craft Month and we are again posting five free pattern downloads for a limited time only! For the rest of March, five free downloads will be posted every Friday and expire from our blog the following Tuesday morning. Last Tuesday, just as last week's pattern expired, we asked our Facebook followers what they'd like to see on our Five Free Pattern Fridays. We received lots of positive feedback and great ideas, a few of which you may find on our blog later. This week's theme is Bunny Crafts!
This week for our Five Free Pattern Friday we present you with vintage Easter patterns. Thanks to suggestions on our Facebook, we have already started compiling next week's post. Stay tuned, next week we will be featuring some of our favorite baby gift items.Bunny Crafts!
To begin our bunny crafts downloads we are featuring both a knit and crochet version of a Bunny Sweater and Hat. The knit version of the bunny crafts pattern is sized for 18 months, 2 years, and 4 years old. The Bunnies Cardigan and Hat pattern requires lightweight size 3 yarn and requires size 3 (3.25 mm) and size 5 (4 mm) knitting needles. We suggest using Mary Maxim's Trendy Baby yarn.

The crochet version is called the Bunny Sweater & Hat pattern. The crochet Bunny Sweater & Hat pattern is crafted in Mary Maxim's Starlette Yarn using H-8 (5 mm), J-10 (6 mm) hooks. This sweater pattern can be crocheted to fit sizes 6-12 months, and 18-24 months.

We are known for our vintage patterns, especially by stocking enthusiasts. We've brought our beautiful stockings and expert pattern making to easter.
