Originally designed using Mary Maxim Double Knitting sport-weight yarn which came in 2 oz skeins, at the time. With a variety of sport-weight yarns to choose from today, there are endless possibilities when using this pattern. Requires knitting needles size U.S. 3 (3.25mm) and 4 (3.5 mm).
