The Peacock Cowl a fantastic project that really shows off the colors in Mary Maxim Prism Yarn. It features an easy stitch pattern that is easily memorized.
To complete the Peacock Cowl, you’ll need one skein of Mary Maxim Prism shown in Still Waters, a 6 (4.25 mm) hook, and a yarn needle.
In my effort to create the ultimate simple beanie, I was inspired by the ancient ruins in Treviso – a city older than the Romans. The simple beauty of the ruins surrounded by lush foliage, juxtaposed with the modern advancements of the city are reflected in the traditional look of the faux knit beanie, our modern, colorful yarns can really shine against the simple stitch backdrop.
You’ll need one skein of Mary Maxim Prism yarn shown here in Denim Blues, a 6 (4.25 mm) hook, and an H – 8 (5.00 mm) hook, yarn needle to weave ends, thread needle (optional), a matching thread of choice (optional), button (optional), and faux fur Pom with elastic loop (optional).
The Crochet Woven Hat, designed by Brittany from Bhooked, is a wonderful quick project to try out Mary Maxim Prism Yarn. This One-Skein Wonder requires 1 skein of Prism yarn; the sample is shown in the discontinued color called Sandy Shores, a G – 6 (4 mm) hook, a darning needle, scissors, and a pom pom of your choice.
